My name is Joe Yousif and I have used Element Builders twice in 2024 for tenant improvement projects that I have completed. I have always heard horror stories from my friends that have done building projects with General Contractors, but I never had that issue with Element Builders.

Chris Grippi is awesome to work with. When I contacted him, he showed up to the job site in a couple of days to do a walk through and check out the job site. He always asks for a set of plans before the visit so he can be prepared while he’s at the site.

He gives you options but is never pushy in what direction you should go. Chris is always in contact with you about the status of work and how it’s being completed. Chris has his own team of different trades that he works with which makes the job go smooth and saves time, which in turn saves the customer money. What I like most about Chris is that he stays in line with the budget.

He NEVER issued a change order with me. I know that some contractors will give you a low price to gain your business and then issue change orders after you have already committed to them. Chris doesn’t do that. If you’re doing a tenant improvement or a building project from the ground up, I HIGHLY recommend Element Builders

This guy is on point with his scheduling! Finished job in a timely matter. Great personality and straight to the point.

Chris was excellent to work with especially with all the various changes in the lease exhibit. He was very patient with the constant lease exhibit changes and with me. Chris did an excellent job with very reasonable rates for soft costs and construction.

Most importantly, the project has a very good chance to open early.

Chris Grippi and the Element Builders crew are professional and extremely hard working. Chris completed our project on time just as promised and there were no surprises or extra charges even though the job ended up entailing a little more work than we originally thought.

We worked with Element Builders for a remodel of our business, and we were very happy with the service, quality and cost of the work. We were working on a short timeline, and all of the work was completed before we moved in.

Chris was great to work with, and helped provide guidance on cost-effective materials and vendors, as well as suggestions on how to prioritize our budget. He was also able to bring in specialty vendors for a wide range of challenges we encountered, including a central air system that wasn't functioning properly.

Chris communicated regularly, and was able to provide options (and his personal recommendations) at every turn. Overall, we were able to accomplish much more with the budget than we had originally anticipated. I would recommend Element Builders for any construction project.
